Initial TRT Consultation – $175
Your program begins with a comprehensive 60-minute telehealth visit. During this appointment, we’ll:
- Review your full health history and current symptoms
- Identify signs of low testosterone and related hormonal imbalances
- Discuss lifestyle, sleep, stress, and fitness factors that impact hormone production
- Order a comprehensive lab panel to assess hormones, inflammation, insulin resistance and more
- Explore your personal goals and answer any initial questions about treatment
You’ll leave with a clear understanding of the next steps and a lab order customized to your
needs.
Initial Follow-Up After Labs – $175
Once your lab results are in, we’ll schedule a follow-up visit to:
- Review your hormone levels in detail and discuss what’s optimal — not just “normal”
- Confirm whether TRT is appropriate and safe for you
- Discuss all options, including route of administration, expected outcomes, and safety monitoring
- Provide a personalized TRT treatment plan that aligns with your goals
- Discuss support strategies for sleep, stress, weight, and mental clarity
Prescriptions are sent to a pharmacy, and you’ll receive clear instructions on how and when to use your medication.
On-going TRT Management – $99/month
Ongoing testosterone therapy management is essential to ensure your treatment remains safe, effective, and optimized for your long-term health goals. Membership provides continuous expert oversight, proactive support, and personalized care every step of the way.
Your membership includes:
- Direct access to your provider via secure messaging for ongoing support, symptom updates, and personalized guidance between visits
- Personalized testosterone prescription management and ongoing dose adjustments
- Scheduled follow-up visits to assess progress and optimize treatment
- Expert review and interpretation of lab results
- Functional medicine-based support for optimizing energy, strength, metabolic health, cardiovascular wellness, and overall hormone balance

- Evaluation of treatment options
