Kelley Solosky, MSN, ARNP, FNP-C, is a board-certified family and adult health nurse practitioner with over 22 years of diverse healthcare experience, including 15 years of practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner. She is a proud graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Thomas Jefferson University, where she earned top honors in both her Family and Adult Nurse Practitioner programs. Her career spans a broad range of clinical environments, including, family medicine, women’s health, pediatrics, urgent care, and labor and delivery, giving her a well-rounded foundation to deliver comprehensive and compassionate patient care.
Kelley is deeply passionate about functional medicine, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), and testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). Her approach integrates holistic and conventional modalities to address the root causes of chronic health concerns, focusing on restoring balance and optimizing wellness. She has pursued extensive post-graduate training in functional medicine, men’s and women’s hormone health, and mind-body medicine, enabling her to offer personalized, evidence-based care to her patients.
Motivated by her commitment to making high-quality, patient-centered care more accessible, Kelley now offers telehealth services across Florida, empowering patients to achieve their health goals from the comfort of their homes. She is particularly passionate about supporting individuals through the aging transition, managing metabolic health challenges, addressing hormonal imbalances, and navigating chronic illness by using a root-cause approach. Kelley develops personalized care plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs, ensuring they receive comprehensive, evidence-based solutions that promote lasting wellness.
